The Arts HUB is a cultural arts center located in Lafayette, Colorado.
Entrance of the Arts HUB
Our lobby can accommodate up to 72 people. It is attached to our kitchen, from which renters may serve food and beverages. The lobby also has a garage door which may be opened in nice weather.
Gallery Wall
Our Gallery Wall can accommodate two-dimensional artwork large and small!
Downstairs Dance Studio
The Downstairs Dance Studio can accommodate up to 44 people and also doubles as an art room. Tables and chairs are included in every rental.
Upstairs Dance Studio
The Downstairs Dance Studio can accommodate up to 50 people and features a suspended wood floor, ideal for ballet classes.
Our Theater can seat up to 194 people. Our tech booth comes equipped with a light board, sound board, and projector. Please see our Theater Tech Specs for more information on the technical elements available in our theater.
Our stage is 31.5 feet wide, 23 feet deep, and can accommodate up to 76 people.

The 194-seat Arts HUB Theatre (includes use of the lobby and kitchen)
The Downstairs Dance Room (maximum occupancy 44)

The Arts HUB Pod Office (maximum occupancy 2)

Our lobby can accommodate up to 70 people seated in rows, or about 40-50 people seated at tables (depending on the size and set-up of your tables).

Yes, you may serve alcohol at your rental event, provided that you hire a licensed bartender service.
