20 Years of Art for Everyone
The Arts Hub 20th Anniversary Campaign
For 20 years, Boulder County has had a place to sing, dance, act, paint, and play. Help us keep that stage open for the next generation.
Our goal: $50,000 to keep the doors wide open
From a grassroots idea to a community home
The Arts Hub began in 2007, when local residents came together with a simple idea: the arts belong to everyone. We started as Arts Underground, a grassroots effort to bring affordable arts programs to our corner of Boulder County.
In 2016 we became The Arts Hub and opened our home at 420 Courtney Way in Lafayette, a 12,000-square-foot space with a professional proscenium theater. It's where kids take their first bow, families spend their weekends, and local artists find an audience.
Twenty years in, we're still growing, and we're still built on that same idea.
What your gift makes possible
Arts for All scholarships
Last year we gave $25,000 in scholarships so students could join classes, camps, and productions whatever their family's budget. When cost is a barrier for a patron, we give them free tickets on request.
Youth education
12 youth productions, 50+ year-round classes, and 37 summer camp sessions in theater, music, dance, and visual arts.
Support for working families
Our coworking community with arts-based childcare gives local parents a place to get work done while their kids create down the hall.
Performances that bring people together
From family shows to acclaimed mainstage productions like the Henry Award-nominated Into the Woods and tick, tick... BOOM!, our stage is where the community gathers.
